Open House Invitation

Hello On Center families,

Megan Wiltshire here, the new Director of On Center Performing Arts. I am so honored to step into this role and I am hoping to be an exceptional leader for your dancers.

I am looking forward to meeting all of you as the season moves on, but I am hoping to get a jump start tomorrow, with our Open House!  Kelley and I are looking forward to using the Open House as an opportunity to say thank you and spoil the families that have been so supportive of On Center. We have a lot of great prizes that currently enrolled students will be eligible to win, including dance gear, recital tickets, and a free month of tuition!

We’ll have plenty of treats and snacks for all, and I sincerely hope you are able to make it for at least a short time. Please feel free to bring friends, and we hope to see you tomorrow afternoon!

If you are unable to make the Open House tomorrow, I look forward to meeting you soon. Please feel free to stop me anytime you are in the building and introduce yourself!

All the best,

Megan

Homecoming Parade

Hey Everyone!!

This week is PARADE WEEK!! Every year, we are invited to dance in the parade to represent our studio. We invite EVERY student to dance with us on Saturday October 6th at 9:30am.  All classes will be learning the parade dance in class this week. Then we will have a practice at Kiwanis Park on Friday October 5th 4:30-5pm, so we can practice it walking forward as we will in the parade.

Saturday we will meet at our meeting spot (which we still don’t know yet) at 9:30am. Parade starts at 10am.  We ask that you pick up your kiddos at 10:30am at University and Helen. Please make sure to be there when WE end, not when the whole parade is over.  We will not leave any child unattended, so please be sure to be there or arrange a ride for them.

We have long sleeved On Center T-shirts in the dance shop for sale this week. If you don’t want to purchase one, please wear our colors, black, red, or white!

The theme this year is ‘Montana Strong’, and since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we have chosen to dance for all the strong breast cancer fighters out there. Everyone that dances with us will wear the pink beaded necklaces we provide to them to honor anyone who has had to deal with breast cancer.

All family members are welcome to walk with us as well. We have signs that you can hold, candy to pass out, or if you just want to walk in the back, you can do that. The more the merrier.  This is such a fun opportunity we are given, so we hope you all take advantage of it!

Let us know if you have any questions! We will let you know what number we are in the parade as soon as we find out!
