Mary Fahlman

Mary Fahlman grew up dancing across the border in Regina, Saskatchewan Canada for 14 years before moving to Missoula to attend The University of Montana. She started dancing when she was 3 years old and has studied multiple styles of dance including tap, jazz, lyrical, ballet, and contemporary. As a child, she auditioned and performed with The Moscow Ballet in the Nutcracker at ages 9, 10 and 13. She recently completed her CDTA jazz and ballet exams and has grade 4 in tap exam. Over the years, Mary has received multiple awards and scholarships for her lyrical and ballet solos.

At her home studio in Regina, Mary was an assistant teacher for 3 years and became an independent dance teacher her last year in Regina where she taught classes in ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical. She was also a member of her high school dance team which were provincial champions for all 4 years she was a part of the team. Now she is a teacher here at On Center and dances with the University of Montana Dance Team.
